How negotiating skills help in entrepreneurship and our daily life? Can we win any negotiations? How to steer out of a deadlock and how to handle objections?
We will define four steps of successful negotiation, look into best practices for difficult conversations, tricks from psychology to use in daily negotiation and how to negotiate sales contracts. The workshop requires your participation in roles plays to put into practice everything we discuss.
During workshop, you will be discussing:

- Disruptive negotiation tactics and how to deal with them
- How to close the sale at a high price and make your client happy?
Predavateljica: Karina Collis has accumulated over 20 years of entrepreneurship, sales and international business development experience, working for global blue-chip software and information services companies. Her expertise includes negotiating complex infrastructure projects aimed at transforming underdeveloped financial markets. Karina is the founder of Liinea Sales Advisory, a consultancy helping growth businesses to structure scalable sales processes and the founder and CEO of Dialllog, relationships and collaboration platform for investment teams. Karina completed an Executive MBA at ESCP (2019), the leading European business school. She also holds a Master’s degree in International Economics from London Metropolitan University. She studied Negotiation at Harvard University.
